We collect: names and email addresses submitted via contact and booking forms, wedding details submitted via our Wedding Details Form, payment information processed securely by Stripe (we never store card details), RSVP responses submitted by wedding guests, cookies and usage data for analytics.

To deliver your digital wedding invitation, to communicate with you about your order, to process payments securely, to send RSVP notifications to couples, and to improve our service.
4. Who We Share It With
Stripe (payment processing) and Google (analytics). We never sell your data to third parties. We never share your personal information with any unauthorised parties.
5. How Long We Keep It
Order and wedding details: 2 years after delivery. Contact enquiries: 1 year. RSVP responses: until the couple requests deletion.
6. Your Rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data at any time. Contact hello@gildedinvite.com to exercise these rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
