Gilded Invite is a studio that makes wedding invitations which live on a phone instead of in an envelope. You do not assemble anything yourself, and your guests install nothing. You choose a design, send us your names, date, venue, photos and the wording you want, and a few days later we hand you one private link. You paste that link into WhatsApp. Every guest who taps it watches an envelope open, hears your music, sees the countdown to the day, reads the details, finds the venue on a map and replies with their RSVP.

Save the Dates
A standalone save the date page costs €60 and opens with the same envelope animation as a full invitation. Five designs are available: Dusk in deep navy and gold stars, Bloom in soft blush and botanical florals, Ember in warm terracotta, Frost in icy silver and winter white, and Eden in deep forest green. Premium includes the save the date at no extra cost.
RSVPs and Your Guest Dashboard
This is the part most couples did not expect to enjoy. When a guest opens your invitation they see an RSVP button; they fill in a short form and it is done. Nothing arrives as a message you have to chase through a chat thread.
On your side, a private dashboard shows the replies as they come in: who is coming, how many in each party, who has declined, and the notes people send with their reply. You can open it on your phone, watch the numbers move as the date approaches, and download the list when it is time to hand names to your caterer or seating planner.
Languages
Every invitation includes two languages, so a wedding with families on both sides of a border reads naturally to everyone. Each additional language is a €25 upgrade. The website itself is available in English, Spanish, French, German and Italian.

How Long It Takes, and What Happens After
Signature and Premium invitations are delivered within 3 days; Bespoke in 48 hours or less; express delivery puts it under 24 hours. Revisions are built in — two rounds with Signature, three with Premium, unlimited with Bespoke.
After the invitation is live, nothing is frozen. A venue change, a later start time, a new photo, a corrected spelling: tell us and we update it on the same link, free, for as long as the invitation is open.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not print paper invitations, and nothing is posted through a letterbox.
- We do not hand you a build-it-yourself tool — every invitation is made by our designers.
- We do not ask guests to download an app or create an account.
- We do not charge per guest. The guest list is unlimited on every package.
An invitation should feel like the first moment of the wedding, not a form to be filled in. That is the standard we build to.
