Terms and Conditions

Gilded Invite is a bespoke digital wedding invitation studio serving couples worldwide. By placing an order you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Full payment is required at checkout before work begins. Your invitation will not enter production until payment is confirmed and your Wedding Details Form has been submitted.

We aim to deliver your completed Signature or Premium invitation within 3 days of receiving your completed Wedding Details Form. Bespoke invitations are delivered within 48 hours of receiving your completed Wedding Details Form. Express 24-hour delivery is available as a paid add-on on any package. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during periods of high demand.

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds as stated at the time of purchase. Revisions must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may be available at an additional cost.

By submitting photos, text and other content you confirm you own the rights to that content and grant Gilded Invite a licence to incorporate it into your invitation. You remain the owner of your submitted content at all times.

All invitation designs, templates, aesthetics and creative work produced by Gilded Invite are our exclusive intellectual property. You receive a personal licence to use your delivered invitation for your wedding. You may not reproduce, resell, copy or distribute our designs or templates.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown in EUR and may be displayed in other currencies for reference. Gilded Invite reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Prices at the time of order will always be honoured.

Gilded Invite will not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss arising from use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your order.

Gilded Invite operates as a worldwide service. These Terms and Conditions are governed by internationally recognised principles of commercial law. For clients within the European Union, EU consumer protection laws apply in full. For clients outside the EU, disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to international arbitration.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
